Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center is a world renowned sports surgery and treatment center. During the planning phase of a pending move into their new state-of-the-art medical facility building on the campus of St. Vincent Hospital, the practice administrator H. McGriff, Seibels and Williams

McGriff, Seibels and Williams is a large Birmigham-based insurance broker, and they had a financial reporting system that was past its time. Their controller began working with Abacus IT Solutions for answers to improve their reporting processes so managers could get their hands on company numbers quicker.

The result?
The Abacus IT Solutions team found out what was needed and implemented a new system that generated reports to the accounting department that could then be securely distributed to the appropriate person in the company. Managers were then able to drill down to the account and transaction levels and review and research the performance of their divisions without having to go back to the accounting department.
